It Never Gets Old

Check out our team.

Our Dear Old Alma Mater

Chad and Jennifer's written response to our dear old varsity thrashing KU at Arrowhead...

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! YEAHHHHHHHHHHH! AAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

Chase Daniel was awesome.
His receivers...again, awesome.
Offensive line...you guessed it...awesome.
Defensive line...my favorite part was sacking Reesing in the end zone and watching him remove dirt from his helmet. AWESOME.

We made an exception and let Julianna jump on the bed during each touchdown. It wouldn't be fair if Chad and I jumped and didn't let her. ; o )

"Old Missouri, fair Missouri, dear old varsity. Ours are hearts that fondly love thee...."

See you in San Antonio Tigers.

If you are wondering if we're going to post photos of the house every week. Yup. We are. ; )

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SUNSHINE!

Three wonderful years ago I became a mommy as we welcomed our first daughter into the world. She was the most beautiful being I had ever seen. She was soft and tender and wonderful. I love being her mom every day. Happy 3rd Birthday Jules Marie!

The Beach

This was the girls' first trip to the beach...ever! Julianna LOVED it. Chad LOVED it. I LOVED it. Ava had a pretty good time, too. We decided beach vacations are going to be a must in this family! :o )

The Family (Part II)

Gramma J walking back from the boat dock.

Mormor & Aves

So content.

Sonny & Cher

Uncle Dicky & Julsie playing Memory

"Hold your Uncle Dicky's hand Louisiana." (Dicky calls Julianna "Louisiana" but it sounds like "Wee-sianna." It's so cute.) They have so much fun together. Dicky uses the phrase "You Behave" all the time. In the last two days Julianna has used the phrase at least a dozen times! :o )

Swiss Family Robinson ain't got nothin' on this tree house!

Sweets

Aw. Jules just LOVES her daddy.

At first Chad strapped Julianna onto the back of the bike kicking and screaming. Of course, she loved it and from then on asked every morning, every afternoon, and every evening to go bike riding. Here she is with her mormor.

Insert Photo of Dad here _____

The only photo of dad from this trip is on my mom's camera. This will have to do until tomorrow. :o )

Castles, Dolphins & Sweet Dreams

Julianna LOVED this castle-like piece of art! We all did. It was amazing. I wish we could have watched the artist construct it. This type of natural art is my favorite. Similarly, it's why I love Japanese gardens.

Peek-a-boo.

Julianna studied these pieces with great interest. They are scattered around the property. Various scenes of children playing. So lovely.

Bocce ball.

One of my favs.

Boat ride to Habortown.

The captain stopped the boat on the way back. He pointed to six, maybe seven, dolphins playing just fifty feet from the boat. We watched them for over ten minutes. Jumping up from the water, playing with seagulls... Julianna thought it was way cool. : )

Tuckered out.

I love how her bangs curl on her little forward.
