The Magic Kingdom

Guess where we were last week?  : )

My parents and Uncle Dicky very graciously treated our family to a fantastic Disney vacation.  It really couldn't have gone any smoother, we couldn't have possibly had more fun, and we saw everything we set out to see!  The weather was a gorgeous 75 degrees.  The girls fell in love with Disney World for the first time and I remembered why I loved it so many years ago.  When can we go back?  : )

Dream Along with Mickey...who knew Donald could blink?

Barnstormer!  They LOVED it.  So we rode it again naturally.  And again the next day.

"Would you please quit breaking rules and embarrassing me and just get into the Dumbo ride."  I bet if stood on Dumbo's ear and began singing loudly that would have been more embarrassing.  But, I didn't. ; )

Fun with dad and white gloves.

Sunrise, Sunset on the way to The Grand Floridian

Two pretty princesses

The Papa.
(Unknown Fact:  Dad likes to introduce himself as "The Papa" and sings it like Tevye from Fiddler on the Roof.)

The Mama.  (The Mama!)

The Grand Floridian.  Or as I like to call it, the next place we will be staying upon return to Disney Magic Land.  Chad likes to call it "Duh Gwand Faloon" because it's his way of teasing me about my love for this hotel and it's opulence.  I think I might even consider working here and possibly would agree to wear the required seer-sucker knickers.  (Tradition!)

Dinner with Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremaine and the Stepsisters

One of the best parts of the whole trip was not having to cook.  Not once.  That might not mean as much to you if you are able to take your kids out to dinner on a regular basis.  But, we NEVER take our kids to restaurants because he have had major problems with cross-contamination of foods resulting in swelling and hives and etc.  I was so completely impressed with all the chefs at Disney.  At each meal they came to our table and walked me through the menu.  The girls thoroughly enjoyed every last bite!  I was AMAZED!  : )

Cookie, cookie, cookie starts with "C."

Ava, it seems Lady Tremaine is moving dangerously close.
