Santa needed to practice reading his own story just a wee bit more.  Instead he was a little confused.  What does my belly look like when I laugh?  Hmm.  Let me see here....it says....a bowl full of....jelly.  Yes, jelly.....Ho ho ho.  : )

Ava said to me after we left, "You know Santa looks very real for not being real."

Coming through the Polar Express Tunnel.  : )

Pancakes for breakfast.  Four please.  With chocolate chips.  

And hot chocolate.  With gingerbread marshmallows.  

And I'm pretty sure I got a "best mom in the world" hug thrice.
