Mormor, Papa & Julsie at the graduation. Julianna really liked the music. After they were done playing (you know, during that moment of silence after the applause), Jules yelled, "I want to hear more instruments please!" The girls did pretty well during the ceremony, thanks to Ava sleeping most of the time and Papa letting Julianna put necklaces around his neck...over...and over again. Of course the highlight of commencement was getting to ring two large cow bells I purchased from a local feed and supply store. Rock on.

Ava tries to test out Aunt Jackie's thumb to see if it tastes as good as her's. It was fun to just spend time relaxing with Jackie at the park on Friday evening. We played with the girls and bought shaved ice. Which was really more like drinking syrup with a little ice. The shaved ice kid took special pride in making sure each cup was more than adequately filled with flavor!
