Quality Time With Family

We had a terrific visit from Grandma and Grandpa after Christmas.  The girls thoroughly enjoyed their time with them and passed the time beading, quilting, game playing, and cooking.  Thanks for a great visit!

We also had my family in over the holidays.  Unfortunately, the four of us were all sick pretty much the whole time and managed to get them sick, too.  Ugh.  The good news is we still had a wonderful time and we are all better now.  Love you Jeffjackets!

     Julianna has begun her first season of basketball.  It's through Upward and we are l-o-v-i-n-g some basketball this winter!  Our little girl loves sports and activity and moving and some friendly competition and making new friends and learning a new skill.  Jules would sign up to play about anything under the sun if we let her.  Love that kid and love watching her grow.

     Ava has been taking gymnastics every week this school year.  She really looks forward to this morning each week.  It's a special time just for mommy and her.  It is fun to watch through the large window into the gym as she flips, balances, and suspends herself in the air.  This little girl has a lot of God given grace.  It is fun to see her in an activity that brings out this gift even more.   : )  She takes the class with some of our best friends.  So, it's fun for the girls and the moms!  : )
