Thankfully our children don't mind sharing because Chad and I both like snow cones.  (Chad also likes popcorn, chocolate chip cookies, and I totally saw him contemplate the nachos and boiled peanuts.)

Big air = Big hair

Refer to previous posts for how much my kid loves a slide.

This is my favorite carnival ride.  I love, love, lurv carnival swings.  (even though my swing twisted and I road backward the whole time)  Julianna liked it, too.  ; )

friday night

I love the fall.  It's full of festivals, great food, and the anticipation of one special holiday after the other.  Friday night we visited a local farm and had all kinds of fun.  We played until well after dark.  Namely because we couldn't tear this one away from the jumping pillow and slide.  : )

This slide is quite intimidating in person.  See that little girl determined to conquer it.  Doesn't she look purposeful.  She went down 20 + times while Ava chose to wait until next year and spent her time charming the high school girls monitoring at the top.

Sweeties.

Cows and folks.

A New Place to Call Home

We have found a new place to call home.  It's our church.  We became members at this awesome place in August.  It is a place where we feel welcomed and challenged.  Where love grows.  Where we can serve.  Where imperfect people come to be reminded of forgiveness, who they are, where they come from, and where they are going.  Where we speak the name of Jesus.  Where we call him our Savior, Messiah.  Where we come to gather to worship the living God.
